Access to the platform is granted through a one-time payment. Upon successful payment, you receive lifetime access to all currently available course content and any future updates or additions made to the courses included in your purchase.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at our discretion. While we strive to maintain and improve the platform, we do not guarantee that specific features or content will always remain available in their current form.
3. Account Registration
To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

Access to Monesy courses is available for a one-time payment of $47. This is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges. Your payment grants you lifetime access to the course content included in your purchase at the time of transaction.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within this period, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team. Refund requests made after the 30-day period will not be honored.
All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but any price changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed.
5. Intellectual Property
All content available through the Service, including but not limited to courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, templates, and software, is the exclusive property of Monesy and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for your own personal and educational purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the content.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Service without our prior written consent. Redistribution of course materials in any form is strictly prohibited.
